Your mission consists in promoting financial products of the institution, good organization of the unit under your supervision, assisting clients, maintaining relationships with them, building and consolidating the Patria Credit IFN brand and reputation, part of the PATRIA BANK group, in the allocated area.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting agency activities regarding organizing all sales credit endeavors
- Managing and building a portfolio of Agricultural and Small Business clients from the allocated area, through maintaining constant relationships with the market and people you interact with.
- It is very important to prospect continuously in the allocated area by visiting both existing and potential clients.
- You will be responsible for communicating with all persons involved in the credit process, to promote the most efficient solutions.
- Managing and monitoring the client portfolio through maintaining permanent connections with them.
- Assisting clients in completing necessary documents for accessing financial products.
- Ensuring the entire operational flow within the credit process
- Coordinating administrative and personnel activities, as well as all agency operations.
