Candidate Requirements:

- Higher education in economics completed;
- Professional experience of at least 3 years; Having experience in the financial-banking sector and/or experience in a leadership/management position is an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel (advanced level);
- Communication, coordination, analysis, and synthesis skills, with attention to detail, for excellent time management;

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

- Coordinates the activities of Easy Credit carried out in the agency;
- Supervises and motivates the personnel of the agency, ensuring the necessary support for activity performance;
- Manages the administrative-organizational activity of the branch;
- Promotes the image and products offered by Easy Credit;
- Informs and advises clients about our institution's products and services;
- Prepares/verifies credit files and documents prepared by personnel under their supervision;
- Submits proposals to the approval authority regarding credit application approvals, contract modifications requested and proposed by the agency, etc.;
- Verifies/generates internal situations and updates information in used applications;
- Monitors the execution of contracts, receipt of installments, and interest rates at due dates;
