If you have led a bank agency at least 2-3 years, you know what it means to be there for the team and clients, and you have a well-grounded sense of humor – we might just fit perfectly. 😄

What we want from you:

✅ Higher education completed (economic/juridic);

✅ Current experience in coordinating a bank agency;

✅ Current experience in working with Microbusiness/Small or similar clients;

✅ Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and desire to build a strong team.

What you will do:

📌 You will coordinate the agency's activity (sales, lending, operations, risk, team);

📌 You will implement the BT strategy at a local level and contribute to achieving goals;

📌 You will be the leader who inspires, motivates, and develops the team.
