About the Role The role involves integrating and maintaining vulnerability scanning solutions, enhancing reporting and remediation tracking, and driving continuous improvement in our services globally. Responsibilities Integrate and maintain vulnerability scanning solutions (e.g., Tenable, Nessus) for global services; Enhance reporting and remediation tracking to improve incident response and reduce mean time to detect (MTTD); Drive continuous improvement in our services globally by analyzing trends, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing process improvements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vulnerability scanning solutions that meet business needs; Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 3+ years of experience in security operations, IT, or a related field; Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning tools and technologies (e.g., Nessus, Tenable); Experience with reporting and remediation tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA); Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
