Security Systems Technician

About this role We are recruiting for Security Systems Technician's to join our Kelowna Service team. This position requires you to be a certified Electrician or Security System Technician. Here's how your role will strengthen our team: Your responsibilities Working on various job sites to install, configure and commission various electrical Security, Access Control and Healthcare systems, including: CCTV Camera, Video surveillance, Access Door Controls, Intrusion Detection, Nurse Call, RTLS, electronic locks, and other security systems. Your duties will include: Installing, configuring, and commissioning various electrical Security, Access Control and Healthcare systems, including CCTV Camera, Video surveillance, Access Door Controls, Intrusion Detection, Nurse Call, RTLS, electronic locks, and other security systems. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with installed systems. Providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Maintaining accurate records of work completed and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your qualifications and skills: You will be a certified Electrician or Security System Technician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and security technologies. You will have experience working on various job sites to install, configure and commission various electrical Security, Access Control and Healthcare systems. You will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed systems. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records of work completed.
