Security Specialist in Plant

Job Description This position will be responsible for supervising security, hygiene, and environmental activities at the manufacturing plant. Main activities: Safety and Hygiene Audits and related ones. Site visits. Risk Analysis POWRA Manage and/or perform risk analyses, work permits, and activity descriptions with mitigations as required, based on company guidelines and customer requirements. Perform analysis of potential risks and hazards associated with the activities to be performed, identifying measures to mitigate them. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Develop and implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented measures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose changes to enhance overall plant safety. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations related to safety and environmental issues. Provide support to other departments as needed.
