Security & Network Engineer (freelance)

As Freelance Security & Network Engineer at Resillion, you will have the opportunity to be part of a technically strong team that focuses on securing and optimizing complex IT environments.

You combine hands-on engineering with a consultancy and advisory role, and play a key role in building safe, high-performance, and future-oriented networks. This is a long-term assignment (up to 4 years), starting in November 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, secure, and optimize network architectures (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (access control, IDS/IPS, SIEM, incident response).

• Advise internal teams on best practices in network and security management.

• Actively contribute to projects around digitalization and infrastructure transformation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and security guidelines.

• Work together with technical teams and project managers to elevate solutions to a higher level.
