Visit us: www.synterra.ca PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation an asset • First Aid/CPR certification an asset • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time • Willingness to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job
