SailPoint ISC Engineer
Contract | Immediate Start | Americas (Guadalajara, Mexico Preferred)
We're supporting a global enterprise seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join their Identity & Access Management team on a long-term contract
.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the development, configuration, and enhancement of a modern cloud-based identity platform. The successful consultant will work within a collaborative IAM team, delivering scalable identity solutions while supporting ongoing platform improvements and integrations.
The contract runs through April 2027, with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position. Candidates should therefore be open to future relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico, if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure solutions within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
- Build and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows and access governance capabilities.
- Develop and support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise applications, directories and identity providers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity management solutions.
- Participate in platform enhancements, testing, deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support when required for planned activities or critical issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience working with SailPoint technologies.
- Strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
- Proven experience developing and engineering solutions within SailPoint ISC.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories and cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within global technical teams.
Essential
- Direct commercial experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow).
- Strong engineering/development background within SailPoint ISC.
Desirable
- Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best practices.
- Experience supporting cloud identity platforms in production environments.
Location
- Preferred: Guadalajara, Mexico
- Candidates located elsewhere across the Americas will also be considered.
Contract
- Start: Immediate
- Duration: Through April 2027
- Future Opportunity: Strong likelihood of permanent employment, with potential relocation to Guadalajara.
