Security Engineer

Requirements

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions that protect our applications, data, and infrastructure. Your work will be essential in ensuring that Enter maintains the highest standards of protection and privacy, even in a rapidly growing and innovative environment.

• Design a security plan for our cloud, applications, and corporate environment. The person will be responsible for executing the plans and guiding on the strategy that the company should follow to establish and grow the scope of security within the company.
• Continuously monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities in our systems. Establish an incident response process.
• Work with the infrastructure, software engineering, and IT teams to create tools, perform internal pentests, review specs, design secure software, and establish good practices.
• Create controls and processes to monitor them. Work with the infrastructure, software engineering, and IT teams to maintain our safe environments and compliance with certifications (SOC II, ISO27001, and ISO27701).
• Influence the organization to establish a security culture, introducing tools, training, and discussion topics.

• As the first dedicated person to security, we need a proactive profile, willing to build from scratch and follow the growth of the role and team along with Enter.
• Hard skills in security, proactivity, and willingness to be hands-on is essential.

• Practical experience with security in web applications and APIs (e.g., authentication, cryptography, access control).
• Knowledge of security in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with MDM and corporate environment security tools.
