Security Business Partner - Hotels (m/f/x) Job-ID 80885 Aufgaben We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues joining our teams: The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels acts as a strategic liaison between the hotels' IT departments and the global information security team, providing guidance on IT security best practices, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all hotel properties are aligned with the group's overall IT security strategy. The SBP will work closely with the hotels' IT teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement effective security controls, and provide training and awareness programs for employees. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all IT security initiatives are aligned with the group's overall business objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology) or equivalent experience; - At least 3 years of experience in IT security, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment; - Strong understanding of IT security concepts and best practices; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS); - Certification in an IT security-related field (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is desirable.
