Security Architecture and Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands on, skilled and detail-oriented Security Leader to spear head our Architect and Engineering department with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join a rapidly expanding global team of security experts that provides services to protect our business. This role will report into the Head of Information Security and will work closely across all IT Teams and business units. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing security architectures and solutions across the organization. This includes but is not limited to: designing and implementing security controls, developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments and vulnerability management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of security engineers and architects, and collaborating with other teams to ensure the security posture of the organization is aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture and engineering, with expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows. You will also have experience in leading and managing teams, and have a strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
