Security Agent, Occasional (H/F/D)

Description of the post

• Perform security rounds throughout the hotel;
• Take necessary measures to ensure all security standards are applied on site;
• Respond to emergency incidents;
• Assist clients and employees as needed;
• Report and note daily activities;
• E nsure customer satisfaction and maintain an excellent level of trust;
• Verify employee merchandise exits;
• Investigate theft, vandalism, fire, vehicle accidents;
• Administer first aid;
• Control visitor access;
• Work courteously and efficiently, maximizing customer satisfaction according to company and hotel standards;
• Maintain an excellent presence at the hotel's front desk at all times;
• A ct exemplary and have a good behavior;
• Promote workplace health and safety among employees;
• Keep documents used by the security office up-to-date;
• All other related tasks
