Security Advisor Board
Job description
The job description
Detachment
Due to the DBA law, it is considered unsuitable to hire a self-employed professional for this task.
We are looking for a security advisor board who knows the safety domain well and has experience as an advisor and secretary of a national-level board.
This candidate should be able to advise on information provision, crisis management, and resilience.
Content-related tasks:
You will support the board's portfolio holders for Information Provision and Crisis Management (Members of the Security Board). You will do this together with an experienced colleague in a tandem.
You will write (draft) notes and advice for meetings and ensure that decisions are recorded.
You will prepare meetings, take care of reports, and monitor actions.
You will work independently but always within the entire advisory chain supported by our team.
You will map all interests and perspectives given the political-bureaucratic context, and maintain an optimal information position.
You will keep track of relevant national developments with a sense of main and secondary issues.
You will maintain a network with important (cooperation) partners at the national and regional levels and adjust the content of the advice as needed.
This is a temporary replacement due to maternity leave.
