Job description

  • Practical experience in IT Security Operations or security administration.
  • Understanding of security principles in the areas of: identity, endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security.
  • Experience with Microsoft security technologies (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, or Defender for Cloud).
  • Understanding of security monitoring, log analysis, and incident investigation.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust concepts and the principle of least privilege.
  • Ability to independently investigate security issues, assess risks, and propose adequate remediation solutions.
  • Good understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

  • Customer-facing experience / experience in an SLA environment
  • Practical experience with Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA)
  • Experience working with Cisco Meraki
  • Experience working with Aruba Networks
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Experience with XDR
  • Experience in managed services
  • German language
