Job description

Practical experience in IT Security Operations or security administration.
Understanding of security principles in the areas of: identity, endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
Experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security.
Experience with Microsoft security technologies (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, or Defender for Cloud).
Understanding of security monitoring, log analysis, and incident investigation.
Understanding of Zero Trust concepts and the principle of least privilege.
Ability to independently investigate security issues, assess risks, and propose adequate remediation solutions.
Good understanding of enterprise networking fundamentals.
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

Customer-facing experience / experience in an SLA environment
Practical experience with Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA)
Experience working with Cisco Meraki
Experience working with Aruba Networks
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with XDR
Experience in managed services
German language
