Job description
Our client, a recognized civil society organization dedicated to conservation, is seeking an Executive Secretary/Executive Secretary.
Objectives of the position: Contribute in an integral manner to the management of the board and team, ensuring orderly coordination of meetings, information flows, reporting, and links with partners, consultants, and suppliers. This role is key to maintaining progress on the work plan, supporting strategic decision-making by the board, and strengthening institutional operations of the organization.
Functions:
Ability to organize complex information, prioritize tasks, and elevate critical issues to the board in a timely manner. Organization of budget documentation and preparation of reports. Experience or ability to submit fund returns to donors. Ability to support the formulation and presentation of funding applications. Familiarity with conservation, habitat protection, or land management (no technical knowledge required).
This is a considered part-time position (Medium Day, between 15 and 20 hours per week) in remote mode.

- Support to the Foundation's Board and Working Groups.
- Coordination with Consultants, Suppliers, and Partners.
- Calendar Management, Reports, and Compliance with Deadlines.
- Financial Follow-up and Fund Management.
- Institutional Communications.
- Follow-up of the Work Plan and Project Progress.
- Experience in executive support to boards and high-level management, in non-profit organizations, and knowledge of governance, reporting, and sector regulations.
- Coordination between leadership, technical partners, and consultants/suppliers.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with advanced mastery of English (C1 level or equivalent).
