Technical Secretary (H/F/X)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has a taste for well-crafted words, clear messages, and impeccable documents. You master the art of writing like a pro, capable of transforming technical information into clear, structured, and comprehensible communication.

You have a keen sense of precision, detail, and respect for deadlines. Your exceptional writing skills allow you to write, review, and correct documents autonomously with precision and accuracy.

As the voice and pen of the department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and formatting official correspondence, reports, notes, and communications.

You will ensure that each document reflects the professionalism of LOJEGA and is understood by all - whether it's addressed to a tenant, an entrepreneur, or a public institution.

With your mastery of French and Dutch, you guarantee the coherence and quality of writings, while contributing to the fluidity of exchanges between internal teams and external partners.

You will facilitate the flow of information by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (FR/NL), drafting autonomous reports or documents, translating and adapting documents (FR/NL) to ensure clarity and cohesion, encoding, classifying, and archiving in internal databases.

You will provide reliable and reactive administrative support by publishing and tracking public market notices, preparing forms for the SLRB and other regional instances, following up on expense reports and document formatting, managing the petty cash and administrative follow-up of orders and invoices.

You will support technical management and tool monitoring by updating and encoding in databases (Antilope, internal systems, etc.), managing electronic keys, badges, and the Intratone system, tracking environmental permit requests, and producing statistics for activity management.

This role requires rigor, method, and autonomy. You are the reference point for departmental writing and communication: a person capable of writing accurately, structuring ideas, and formulating key messages without waiting to be told what to write.

You will contribute to a mission that makes sense: improving the daily lives of thousands of Brussels residents. You join an engaged team in a structured, benevolent, and evolving environment.

A package deal awaits you:

  • Full-time CDI (36 hours/week) with Friday afternoons free
  • Attractive remuneration according to experience and regional scales
  • 13th month and meal vouchers (€8 per day)
  • Hospitalization insurance and group insurance
  • Public transportation subscription or intervention in travel expenses between home and work
  • Bicycle leasing option
  • 20 days of paid leave + minimum 6 extra-leave days + 7.5 extra-holiday days

A stimulating environment awaits you:

  • Access to continuous training
  • Dynamic and engaged team
  • Social impact

A work-life balance is ensured:

  • Flexible hours
  • Easily accessible location
  • Collaborative working atmosphere and company culture based on trust
