Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

• Working with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning

• Assisting in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources

• Providing support for pupils with additional needs and ensuring inclusive learning

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a classroom or working with young people is desirable

• A strong interest in secondary education and pupil development

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude

• A willingness to undertake any necessary training or qualifications
