This position is ideal for an experienced professional in the field of landscape creation, capable of supervising and coordinating activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in Switzerland, a deep knowledge of gardening and landscape creation techniques, and will be residing near La Côte. The possession of the BE permit is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of a team of landscape designers and gardeners, ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of landscape design and will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
