This Assistant Chef position is part of a structured environment where rigor, attention to detail, and culinary excellence are top priorities. The Assistant Chef will work within a human-sized structure, with a production of approximately 300 meals per day and the responsibility of supporting a team of 5 employees.As an Assistant Chef, you will support the Chef in all daily culinary operations and ensure the continuity of service in their absence. You will actively participate in the preparation of dishes, ensuring compliance with the high-quality standards expected by the Eldora group. You will be involved in menu development, order management, and raw material cost control. The Assistant Chef will also ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. In your role as a frontline manager, you will supervise, train, and motivate a team of 5 people, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. You will contribute to optimizing production processes in a demanding community catering environment, while maintaining a qualitative approach inspired by gastronomy.

Profile Sought

We are looking for an Assistant Chef with a recognized culinary diploma, who has significant experience in high-end catering, ideally in luxury hotels or gastronomic establishments. Additional experience in community catering is a real asset for succeeding in this Assistant Chef role. You are recognized for your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to maintain a high level of expectation in a structured framework.
