Restaurant located on the banks of the Mayenne, offering quality cuisine, highlighting fresh and local products. We are recruiting for one of our clients located 10 minutes from Lion d'Angers, a Second Chef H/F. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: - Preparation of mise en place
- Elaboration of dishes while showcasing raw, fresh, and local products
- Participate in menu development
- Organize the work and the smooth running of service
- Supervise the kitchen team in a benevolent spirit
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety rules This position is available as a permanent contract (CDI), with daytime hours including evening services. Remuneration is according to profile and experience.
