This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and skilled therapist to support the spa team during a busy seasonal period while delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences. Role Overview The Seasonal Spa Therapist will provide professional treatments, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the spa area. Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy treatments to guests, including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and other specialized massages. Ensure all treatments are delivered in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. Assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the spa area, including restocking supplies and replenishing linens. Collaborate with the spa team to develop and implement new treatment menus and promotions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements Qualifications: Matric or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience in a similar role or related field. Certification in massage therapy (e.g., SAASTA, ICM) would be advantageous. Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
