About the work
Provide a warm welcome to people while offering irresistible gastronomic options in a cozy atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to come back.
Your task
- Makes sure our customers are always at the center of attention and provide them with a pleasant experience during their visit. Attend to our customers with empathy. Availability to listen to them and support them with an attitude based on IKEA's values.
- Establish daily dialogue with customers to obtain continuous feedback about their experiences and learn more about their needs. Take measures based on their feedback and participate in improvement ideas with the entire work team
