Our goal is to form genuine, trusted relationships with each guest while experiencing luxury through our iconic products. We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season. The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do: Guest Experience & Hosting : Prioritize each guest’s experience to ensure a unique and memorable visit to L’Occitane. Offer exceptional customer service to all guests. Connect with guests to discover their needs and recommend products that fit their desires. Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall store success. Build lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional service, attention to detail, and follow-up. Build and maintain a client book. Operations: Maintain store standards in accordance with L’Occitane visual merchandising guidelines. Assist with inventory management. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge. Share product knowledge with guests. Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your product knowledge and sales skills. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods.
