We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season. The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do: Guest Experience & Hosting : Prioritize each guest experience by creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Provide a personalized and exceptional experience, offering product recommendations that align with each guest's needs and preferences. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the L'Occitane product range, including ingredients, benefits, and usage. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Sales & Business Acumen: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals. Drive sales through effective product demonstrations, sampling, and engagement. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed personal sales goals. Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Assist with the receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise. Participate in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Support the team in maintaining store standards and visual merchandising. What You’ll Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty and skincare. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
