Your Role with Us:

Search & Discovery Manager (E-Commerce) (m/w/d)

You'll take over operational responsibility for our internal search, category pages, and product recommendations. With your focus on measurable impact, you'll increase conversion and revenue through continuous optimization and data-driven control.

Your Tasks:

• You'll steer and optimize our internal search, categories, and recommendations daily, with a view to KPIs like CTR, CVR, Zero Results, and revenue contributions.
• You'll maintain and improve search and sorting logic, set boosts, burying, synonyms, and rules deliberately.
• You'll take action based on data and implement these directly – always with the aim of questioning and improving existing logics.
• You'll work closely with UX/UI, Category Management, and Tech to continuously improve user experience and performance.

Job Requirements

Your Profile:

• You have experience in the field of onsite search, merchandising, or product discovery.
• You have a good understanding of e-commerce KPIs and conversion relationships.
• You make data-based decisions securely and act hands-on with high personal responsibility.
• You work structured, pragmatically, and are eager to take on responsibility.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• Nice to have: Experience with tools like Algolia or Bloomreach, basic understanding of UX/UI, and experience handling large product ranges.
