Tasks

YOUR SEA-TRINEE PROGRAM

In just 12 months, you will learn the tools to create professional campaigns in Google Ads and other search engines. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of different campaign types, their application, and implementation for various industries.

You will learn step by step the basics of paid online marketing and be introduced to customer contact within the first few months. During your traineeship, you will manage your own customers and campaigns.

We will teach you practical and theoretical knowledge through selected projects and customers. So, you will quickly learn how to design appealing ads that reach the right target audience at the right time. You will also learn to optimize existing campaigns and continuously improve their performance.

You will be intensively accompanied by the entire team from the start and as you delve deeper into the subject matter, we will increasingly trust your independence until you can fulfill tasks completely on your own.

You will never be alone during this time, because we are always there to discuss any questions or situations and develop solutions together.

Qualification

MUST HAVE

Sorry, but without it won't work!

• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking (minimum requirement: native speaker or C2 level)
• Motivation, reliability, and team spirit
• Independent work organization
• Safe handling of MS-Office
• High internet affinity
• Pleasure in working with numbers, statistics, and evaluations

NICE TO HAVE

• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
• You love analyzing data and drawing the right conclusions?
• You have first work experience in online marketing due to internships or student employment
