Aufgaben

What awaits you? (depending on seniority)

• You will work with colleagues from various departments in an international agency network together.
• Self-contained management and strategic development of customer projects.
• Concept, planning, and data-driven implementation of SEA campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen).
• Budget responsibility for the performance channels of our customers.
• Planning and execution of interactive customer workshops.
• As Senior: Active shaping and optimization of our internal workflows and processes, as well as supporting the team through knowledge transfer and monitoring.

Qualifikation

What should you bring?

• Pertinent work experience in performance marketing on channels like Google, Microsoft, or Amazon
• Very good knowledge of Google Ads and ideally also of Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising
• Very good analytical skills and the ability to derive strategies from numbers
• Experience and professional demeanor in customer communication
• Experience in project management
• Experience with KI-Tools (e.g. Google Gemini)
• Strategic working style with foresight
• Sense for current trends and enthusiasm for new topics
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• High motivation and implementation power
• Reliable and self-reliant work ethic
• Pleasure in working in a team
• Very good English skills
