As a data-driven team from Aschaffenburg and Hamburg, it is our mission to continuously elevate Search: identify potential, uncover hidden growth levers and campaigns so that performance can be measured and scaled.

Clear text: fluctuating ROAS, rising CPCs or contested markets are not an excuse for us but a strategic challenge. We work long-term and forward-looking – with clear structure, clean tracking and a deep understanding of business models.

You won't manage 25 accounts in the dark. Instead, you'll work closely with 2-3 selected customers to develop them strategically and drive them forward. A special focus lies on Thomann Music House – here you'll operate at eye level, steer significant budgets and extract the maximum from Google Ads & Co.

Your Responsibility Area

• Kundenberatung: You advise existing and new customers with sometimes 7-figure budgets and communicate proactively and transparently.
• Ads-Management & -Innovation: You scale Ads on various platforms, keep performance and monitoring in mind & test new Google Ad formats and targeting options.
• Optimierung & Reporting: You continuously develop campaigns, increase their efficiency and create reports with various Google tools.

Qualifikation

Your Background

• 1-2 years of experience in the SEA field.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio & Google Spreadsheets.
• Hands-on mentality & quick understanding.
• Readiness for permanent further development.
• Fluent German and English skills.
