Nanny wanted for childcare in Madrid

We are a young couple living in a detached house in El Cañaveral (Madrid). We have a one-year-old son and are expecting our second baby. We are looking for a trustworthy person to help us stably on a day-to-day basis. Initially, we are looking for an external person, from Monday to Thursday from approximately 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the possibility of extending hours later if both parties are happy. The main function will be the care and maintenance of the home: cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing, and preparing some simple dinners. We also need occasional support with the children (games, routines, baths, bottles, etc.). We are not exclusively looking for a nanny, but for someone with experience running a household who is also comfortable with young children. We particularly value experience, references, initiative, organization, and trustworthiness. Occasionally, they may help us with a simple errand or task.
