We are looking for an SDR/Setter to join one of the largest B2C Coaching companies in the German-speaking region, break records, change lives and deliver high performance with a strong Sales Team every day.

The Role

As an SDR/Setter at Erschaffe dich neu, you are the first point of contact for our leads – and therefore one of the most important levers for our revenue. You qualify our leads, build genuine commitment and ensure that only the right people go into calls with our closers. The leads are all warm applications for our Coaching Program or product buyers. No cold calling chaos, but focused, high-quality work with real interest.

Employment Type: Full-time employment

The salary is a combination of fixed and commission. The model rewards genuine performance – transparent, understandable, without hidden ceilings.

• Fixed: EUR 2.000 / month – always, regardless of the month's performance
• Regular Closes: EUR 150 / close (Tier 1) to EUR 220 / close (Tier 4) – tiered according to monthly performance
• Event Closes: EUR 70 / close – lump sum, runs separately
• Quote-Bonus: 80 %+ Show-Rate = +10 % on the total commission. Under 70 %= -10 %. Your greatest lever.

Realistic earning potential: EUR 3.500 – 5.500 in a normal month. In a strong month up to EUR 7.000+.

Workload:

Min. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, availability also on weekends if necessary **100% Remote**.

The Situation

Last year's revenue was approximately EUR 4,000,000 – while many in the coaching market struggled. Our goal for 2026: crack the EUR 6,000,000 booked revenue mark.

• 600+ high-ticket customers per year + existing customer revenue
• Tens of thousands of leads + 10,000–20,000 customers through smaller products like books, courses and challenges
• Short sales cycles, highly emotional sales
• Target audience: 20-35-year-olds, mostly men
• ADV at EUR 5,000, tickets from EUR 3,000 to EUR 15,000
• Monthly or bi-monthly events with 300–400 live attendees
• We use Salesforce as our CRM, plus Zoom, Slack and WhatsApp and Aircall

Lead Qualification & Appointment Booking

• Qualify incoming leads quickly, structured and confirmatively
• Book appointments with genuine commitment
• Manage Show-Rate actively: confirmation, preparation, pre-qualification
• Maintain clean leads in the CRM (Salesforce)

Communication & Building Relationships

• First contact by phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp
• Wake up genuine interest, address objections early, build commitment
• Design a seamless handover process to the Closer

Performance & Quality

• Keep your own KPIs in mind: Show-Rate, appointments and cash collected
• Work actively on your own development – accept call feedback and implement it
• Be part of a high-performance culture that takes results seriously

Job Requirements

Mandatory

• Demonstrable experience in telephone or digital first contact with customers – whether as an SDR, Setter, sales representative or comparable
• Strong communication: you know how to win people over, build trust and create relationships
• Structured, self-responsible work style
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
• Coaching-, fitness-, finance- or online business background of advantage
• Number-savvy and performance-driven
