What You Will Be Doing - Design and implement production-ready generative AI applications that serve millions of users, from initial architecture through deployment and monitoring - Build advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines that combine vector databases, hybrid search, and intelligent caching to deliver sub-second response times - Develop multimodal AI systems that seamlessly integrate text, vision, and audio capabilities using state-of-the-art models - Architect scalable microservices-based architectures for high availability and fault tolerance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered features that drive business outcomes - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, API documentation, and technical guides - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Troubleshoot complex issues and debug code using various tools and techniques - Work closely with the data science team to integrate AI models into production-ready systems - Ensure AI-powered features meet business requirements and are properly tested before deployment - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, including but not limited to: generative models, reinforcement learning, transfer learning, and attention mechanisms - Participate in design reviews and ensure that AI-powered features align with overall product strategy - Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate AI models into production-ready systems - Ensure AI-powered features meet business requirements and are properly tested before deployment - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies, including but not limited to: generative models, reinforcement learning, transfer learning, and attention mechanisms
