Scrummaster

We are looking for an experienced Scrummaster who can guide multiple development teams in working according to Agile/Scrum methodology. The teams develop custom integrations, applications, and BI solutions and work on sprints with predefined goals.

You will be responsible for guiding the teams, setting up and managing the Azure DevOps environment, preparing and facilitating Scrum events, and monitoring progress. Additionally, you will actively contribute to improving development processes and share your knowledge with the organization.

• Guide technical and functional managers to Agile/Scrum way of working

• Set up and manage Azure DevOps for development teams

• Prepare and facilitate Scrum events (stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Work with Product Owners to prepare sprints and releases

• Monitor sprint goals and expectations

• Align with stakeholders such as team managers, developers, testers, and users

• Optimize development processes, with emphasis on Azure DevOps

• Share knowledge and skills with the organization

• Available from October 13, 2025 to October 31, 2026, 32-40 hours per week (option for extension)

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• At least 2 years of experience as Scrummaster (since 2020)

• In possession of a PSM2 or valid CSM certification

• At least 1 year of experience as Scrummaster with Azure DevOps for backlog and code management (since 2020)

• Experience in guiding multiple Agile/Scrum teams simultaneously

• Experience in optimizing Scrum/Agile processes and reporting in Azure DevOps

• Experience as Scrummaster within an ICT department of a government organization

• Readiness to move to a fixed-term contract after 12 months

• Location: Gelderland (hybrid work possible)

• Duration: up to October 31, 2026, option for extension (4 x 6 months)

• Scope: 32-40 hours per week
