***Scrum Master/Coach (Customer Service)- Mainly remote role

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a Scrum Master/ Coach to start on their SAP S4 HANA project.

The consultant is expected to start in Dec 2025/ Jan 2026 and for an initial 6+ months contract (Plus possible extensions). The project is mainly remote with occasional travel onsite within Europe.

Desired skills:

5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge (Release Train experience preferred).
Advanced JIRA skills.
Experience in global companies with distributed teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong customer-service mindset.
