Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Scrum Master for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a global company specializing in intelligent automation solutions, providing integrated systems for warehouse logistics, material handling, and supply chain optimization. A highly skilled and proactive Scrum Master will guide and support multiple Agile teams in delivering business-critical software solutions. In this role, you will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling high-performing teams to deliver consistently and predictably. You will work in a global Scrum-of-Scrums framework, collaborating with other Scrum Masters to coordinate dependencies, align delivery objectives, and improve cross-team practices. This role requires close partnership with Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Release Managers to ensure alignment, transparency, and customer-focused delivery. As part of the Agile Delivery job family, the Scrum Master fosters the adoption and maturity of Agile practices across teams. You will lead by example in promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring that Agile values and principles are upheld. You will work in tandem with cross-functional partners to drive iteration planning, remove blockers, and track performance against key delivery metrics. This role requires working hours with overlap till 7:00 PM-8:00 PM CET Requirements 4 year college degree related to Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar work experience in a similar environment. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with demonstrated success in leading multiple Agile teams. Practical experience in Scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus), particularly within a Scrum-of-Scrums context. Proven ability to build strong relationships with Product Owners, Developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Deep understanding of Agile metrics and how to apply them to optimize team performance. Solid knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira (Server), Confluence, or similar platforms. Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and other employees. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to strengthen team delivery and maturity. Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is refined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with Developers, QA Analysts, and Release Managers to manage scope, velocity, and team commitments. Actively participate in a Scrum-of-Scrums, coordinating with other Scrum Masters to manage inter-team dependencies and alignment. Remove impediments that impact team progress and escalate issues when appropriate. Track team metrics—velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time —and use data to drive continuous improvement. Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and help promote Agile values across the enterprise. Guide teams in implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices where applicable.
