We’re now looking for a Scrum Master (Software Delivery Manager) to lead delivery on our GDS platform. What You'll Be Doing Champion Agile development methodologies and principles across multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning. Develop and maintain the Scrum framework, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and team needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and decision-making. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear prioritization of work items. Develop and maintain the Scrum board, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and identification of potential roadblocks. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration). 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience working with JIRA or other project management tools.
