For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for several experienced individuals for our client in Bern.

In this project, you will support the agile implementation of a complex and technologically demanding IT undertaking. You will be responsible for establishing and continuously developing agile working methods, guiding interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring efficient collaboration within the Agile Release Train (ART) as well as with various internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing agile working methods within the team
• Creating and maintaining Team Working Agreements and agile standards
• Organizing, moderating, and following up on Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
• Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining and structuring the Product Backlog
• Coaching team members and stakeholders in agile methods and best practices
• Identifying, tracking, and removing impediments
• Ensuring transparent communication about progress, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinating collaboration with other agile teams and external partners
• Defining and tracking suitable KPIs and OKRs for goal achievement
• Continuously optimizing processes, tools, and team structures
• Promoting efficient onboarding of new team members
• Supporting dependency and interface management in the SAFe environment

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digitalization projects
• Higher education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum as well as experience in scaled agile frameworks like SAFe
• Demonstrable experience in moderating workshops, retrospectives, and planning events
• Practical experience in guiding interdisciplinary teams and promoting self-organized collaboration
• Experience in stakeholder and interface management
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration tools
• Ability to identify obstacles early and establish sustainable solutions
• Strong communication, coaching, and moderation skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Impeccable background check is mandatory
