Scrum Master - Remote

Overview of the role: The role will be a key management and coordination point ensuring business and technical requirements are accurately captured, dependencies are met, and solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered and adopted across the organization. As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals and objectives. You will also work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for development. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Development Team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements. Key responsibilities: • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; • Ensure that all team members are aligned with the project goals and objectives; • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for development; • Collaborate with the Development Team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements; • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks; • Ensure that the team is following Scrum principles and practices; • Foster open communication, trust, and collaboration among team members. What we're looking for: • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role; • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Experience working remotely is a plus.
