( LinkedIn) A 5th JD- Scrum Master Position Responsibilities: Partners with Product Managers, Business Producers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards the same goals. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, and escalating issues as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in leading or supporting Scrum teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
