Aufgaben

• You will support our development teams in applying Scrum not just as a method, but truly understanding it and living with an agile mindset.
• You will design our Scrum meetings so that they deliver real added value and are not just mere formalities - whether Daily, Planning, Review or Retro.
• You will bring fresh air into our projects and teams, foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, and prevent stagnation.
• You will serve as the connecting element between your teams, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and the Core Leads Team - always approachable and on an equal level.
• You will make processes transparent, identify obstacles, and develop practical solutions together with the team.
• You will actively accompany our SAFe ceremonies and support the teams in their preparation and follow-up, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Qualifikation

• You bring experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with you and know how to develop teams sustainably.
• You moderate conflicts sovereignly and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• Kommunication, Moderation, and Organization are your strengths - You connect people and ensure transparency.
• Certifications like PSM I or SAFe Agilist are a plus, but what matters most to us is your lived agile mindset.
• You burn for agile working methods and have a desire to continuously develop our agile culture together with us.
• You speak fluent German.
