Scrum Master (m/w/d).

In a team with highly qualified colleagues, you will work in one of our software teams. The location is Hamburg, but we mostly work remotely.

Aufgaben

• You strengthen software development teams by consistently applying Scrum or LeSS and contribute to higher productivity and quality.
• You improve active information exchange and teamwork with stakeholders.
• You foster the development of agile working methods in the team through coaching and mentoring.
• You identify obstacles independently and develop suitable solution approaches.
• You support the team in self-organization and achieving sprint goals.
• Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you drive the further development and company-wide optimization of agile practices forward and ensure a common, clearly aligned approach.

Qualifikation

• You hold an academic degree.
• You have more than three years of experience as Scrum Master (m/w/d) in agile software development projects.
• You possess excellent communication skills, strong coaching and moderation competencies, and a deep understanding of agile values, principles, and methods.
• Ideal candidates have additional experiences as project leaders or business analysts.
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
