The CPU Consulting & Software GmbH is an IT service provider in the banking sector since more than four decades. As a subsidiary of the CPU Group, we focus our competencies on the successful implementation of software projects for our customers on-site.

Tasks

• You establish and implement agile methods strategically to ensure efficient work processes.
• Through exchange and close collaboration with other Agile Masters, you actively contribute to the development of agility in the company.
• Your tasks include optimizing agile processes continuously and increasing their productivity.
• You recognize critical points in the project early on and develop suitable solutions.
• You support the team in internalizing the agile mindset and fostering self-responsible work.
• As a contact person for questions about agile methods, approaches, and practical application, you are available.

Qualification

Your professional competencies:

• You have completed a degree, such as in computer science, natural or engineering sciences, or business administration, or bring comparable practical experience with.
• Fundamental knowledge of the agile environment, particularly Scrum, sets you apart – ideally, you also have experience with SAFe.
• A certification as CSM or PSM is advantageous.

Personal competencies:

• You approach diplomatically and persuasively and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• You are characterized by high resilience, a strong willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
• Your German language skills are at a very high level in writing and speaking.
