Tasks

WHAT YOU CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITH US

You support our agile software development teams and take on a combined role as Scrum Master and project manager.

• Together with the Product Owner and the team, you ensure clear priorities and effective collaboration
• You promote effective, self-organized teamwork and an agile mindset
• You design goal-oriented meetings and select appropriate methods situationally
• Your problem-solving skills allow you to resolve obstacles
• You are actively involved in project management in internal and external projects

Qualification

YOUR SKILLS

You have initial professional experience in the areas of business, project management or software development as well as the following requirements:

• You are characterized by an agile mindset
• Solid knowledge of agile methods, techniques and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives, planning techniques)
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master and/or project manager
• Basic understanding of agile scaling (e.g. Nexus, OKRs)
• Communication skills, empathy and conflict resolution skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

YOUR PERSPECTIVES
