Job description

Skills: • coach for 1 Agile Team(s). • Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. • Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox. • Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team. • Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of delivering working software on time. • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
