We are looking for Scrum Lead Role and responsibility As a Scrum Lead for our Enterprise Change Office, you will be responsible for leading multiple Agile teams across various projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will also be expected to coach team members on Scrum principles and practices, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensure that all teams are following the same processes and procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with other stakeholders such as project managers, product owners, and developers to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully.
