Job Description: Scrum Master - Experience 4 years as Scrum Master Role Summary: We are seeking a highly driven Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery execution for Azure-based Data and Digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline. Monitor sprint velocity, capacity, and progress. Ensure Jira governance, compliance, and reporting. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain Scrum team processes and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Provide coaching and training to Scrum teams on Agile principles and practices. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track project progress and performance. Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and knowledge. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure that all team members are empowered to take ownership of their work and make decisions. Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track project progress and performance.
