Scrum Master

As Scrum Master, you are the driving force behind Agile working. You help everyone to adopt and apply Agile principles, methods, rules, and values. You coach and inspire the team and organization to work together towards the best results. As Scrum Master, you are part of a Scrum team within a specific business unit. You can support multiple teams, depending on their needs and your experience. You have no formal authority, but plenty of influence. You are a mentor, facilitator, and problem solver. As Scrum Master, you ensure a smooth and effective production process. You protect the team from disruptions, distractions, and overloading. You make sure the team focuses on the right priorities and goals. You stimulate self-management and autonomy of the team and create a safe and pleasant working environment. You use various tools and techniques to improve and monitor the process. You work closely with the team to make planning and progress transparent. As Scrum Master, you help the team learn and grow. You collect, analyze, and share relevant data on team results, so that the team and organization can see what's going well and what can be improved. You promote continuous improvement of the team and organization. You are the Scrum ambassador and contribute to the acceptance and adoption of Agile working within the organization.

RequirementsAre you an experienced and driven Scrum Master or Agile Coach? Do you have a HBO diploma or higher? Can you find your way in a large and complex organization? Do you have a passion for training and coaching people and teams in a dynamic environment? Then we're looking for you!
