Scrum master

As a Scrum master, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration among team members, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting the required quality standards. You will also be expected to remove impediments to the development process, facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensure that the team follows the principles of Agile methodology. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum framework, with a strong understanding of its principles and practices. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
