Job description

JOIN OUR TEAM
Scrum Master Location CDMX, Alcaldía Alvaro Obregón.
Hybrid modality attendance is required based on criticality or as needed.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously at different maturity levels.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and applying Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts within teams.
Experience in coaching and developing agile teams.
Experience in stakeholder management and communication with business leaders.
Ability to manage and resolve political, budgetary, and change resistance situations at a corporate level.
Experience collaborating with the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization with a focus on value generation and return on investment ROI.
Experience in planning and managing deliveries, work plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
Knowledge of Jira.
Understanding of modern software engineering concepts, including DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and software architecture.
