Scrum Master: Facilitator and Coach for Agile Scrum Software Development Teams at HME India Position Overview: HME India is seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team and lead 2-3 agile scrum software development teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in a Scrum Master role, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to work independently. As the lead facilitator for all scrum ceremonies, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our software development teams are working efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as coaching team members on Scrum principles and best practices. You will also be responsible for removing impediments to the team's progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.
